Tailgating
Tailgating is my biggest pet peeve when driving. Independence is doing something about it.
I hope other cities in the area start doing this. I'd also like to see an education campaign to warn drivers to back off.

That is great except when that one asshole cuts in front of you and leave two feet between your car and his. I hope the decent drivers aren't caught in this trap.
I actually preferred my commute when gas was hovering around the four dollar mark. People drove more slowly and overall cautiously. I sure didn't like paying that much but it REALLY affected the way people were driving.
True! I have seen a good deal of people that are still driving like they have some brains. But the insanity is returning.
