Ramblings From Justin Penney

I'm heading back down to Norman, OK to attend the Supercomputing Symposium at The University of Oklahoma. There were a couple years with a lot of drinking and loud talking. Unfortunately, the company representative that would treat us to the fun nights no longer works for the company that he represented. The last couple years have been really low key. We would eat fast food on the way down and back and might get a couple six packs and stay in the hotel. The benefit of not going out was keeping the entire per diem. It's just not that much fun to drive 5 hours, hang out in a hotel for a night, work, then drive 5 hours back home.
