Cooking

We've been cooking at home more lately. It seems like a lot of work but
it is so rewarding. The variety of flavors and styles that we can create
are simply amazing. I do love a good meal that is prepared for me, but
where in KC am I going to find vegetarian "beef" and Guiness stew?

Tonight Jacey made a pizza with homemade dough, sauce, cream cheese,
roasted red peppers and jalepenos. It was the best pizza that we have
had in a long time!

Right now I am making the aforementioned stew and it smels delightful. I
am taking a quick break before making a soda bread to go with it.
