Gmail

I've had a Gmail account for quite a while but I never really used it. I had noticed that the spam filtering seemed to work really well.

I signed up for the "Google for Your Domain" program but had some problems and got bored of working through them. After that experiment I noticed that gmail can check your other mail accounts. So I added my main account.

I had 3 or 4 false positives in the spam folder in the first few days but after saying they were not spam I haven't had a false positive since. After about a week I'm down to around 2 - 3 spam messages a day that get through. Email is almost usable again... too bad no one else uses their email anymore. It seems like MySpace and forum messages have taken over from email. Which is tragic.
