The Entire World Seems to be on MySpace
Old friends and acquaintences are popping up like weeds. It seems like it's really reached the critical mass where you are just expected to be on there. I'm actually kind of shocked when people aren't on there!
As whole I really think that the site sucks. The back end seems fragile and there are always features down. Also the friends concept there has no real networking value. Friendster was a lot better since you had to know at least some information about the person that made it seems like it would mostly be real world people. Also the limit of 3 separations was nice. MySpace is so oddly cluttered up with "friend whores" that EVERYONE is in my extended network. Just not so useful there.
