Damn Cold
Not temperature. Viral. Damn crappy crap. I had felt lethargic pretty much all weekend... well except when I was drunk Friday night... but otherwise just no energy. Sunday I woke up with a sore throat but that subsided for a few hours only to return with a vengence Sunday afternoon. By the time I went to bed I was hurting. I slept from 10:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m., an unheard length of time for me. I've actually done nothing but lay on the couch all day. My sinuses and throat are fiery, my ears are clogged up and I am dizzy like crazy.

Yeah, that crappy crap is going around here, too. A suggestion? Try Source Naturals' "Wellness" in the 2 oz dropper bottle. Colloidal silver nasal spray is also awesome--that'll kill just about anything. I don't know if you have a Wild Oats Market out there, but this stuff really works. Tony had strep a couple of weeks ago, and the supplements I made him ingest probably cut his sick time in half. He did not appreciate the carrot/ginger soup that I tried to make him eat, but ya can't win 'em all.
