Ramblings From Justin Penney

I brewed my first batch of beer today. It's a Pale Ale in the style of Boulevard's. It went fairly well. Keeping everything sanitized is tricky with some of the odd shapes of things (siphon pump, hose, etc). I was looking at the primary fermenter in the kitchen and thought that it looked like a cozy place for a cat. A bout an hour later the air lock was bubbling and Roxy was mezmerised and had her paws up on the lid. I knew the next step was going to be knocking the airlock out. The beer is currently residing in a closet.
