It's almost impossoble to sleep on Sunday night. I'm so wound up from the weekend and so anxious about the coming week that I can't relax. My fallback is to watch tv but Sunday night tv is horrible! They take every half hearted attempt at a "freaky" show and put it on the air. Poorly done pseudo-alien show are not conducive to sleep.
