This is from a conversation I had with a friend on AIM. I took their name out. I'm EGBJustin.

EGBJustin: So, what's a christian band party like?

xxxxxx: underage drinking and smoking and sex.. all kinds of sh** like that lol.

That's been my experience playing in bands as well. It seems like the secular bands play, drink a little, hang out then go home to their wives/girlfriends. The Christian bands are the ones that tend to show up high and get it on with "groupies" in their van. It is however a brilliant marketing technique. It's a captive audience! During high school I knew a lot of people who's parents would only let them listen to christian music. Well, if there's only three or four punk bands at the christian bookstore then you're probably going to buy those if your friends are in to punk.
